Typically for men 40-49 years of age, or younger than 40 years of age but with a history of chronic disease, a family history of tumors, a family history of tumors; or those who want a more detailed health assessment.
Precautions
The day before the assessment
- It is recommended not to eat or drink after 10pm.
- You can drink boiled water in small amounts (no more than 200m).
- It is recommended to try to avoid drinking alcohol the day before the assessment.
Assessment day
- It is recommended not to eat or drink until the assessment is complete,
- You can drink a small amount of boiled water (no more than 200ml).
Drug
- You can take medicine normally, but it is recommended to take medicine at least 2 hours before the start of the assessment.
- If you are using hypoglycemic drugs, especially sulfonate drugs or insulin that may cause hypoglycemia, it is recommended that you consult your doctor for medication recommendations in advance.
- If the condition permits, it is recommended to suspend taking the above medications on the morning of the assessment.
Helicobacter pylori test
- It is recommended not to drink or eat 1 hour before the assessment.
- If you have been taking antacid drugs or antibiotics before, it is recommended to stop antacid drugs (including bismuth) 2 weeks before the evaluation and antibiotics 4 weeks before the evaluation.
Instructions for male customers
- If you need to take a prostate antigen test (PSA), avoid strenuous exercise, sexual intercourse, or masturbation and ejaculation within 48 hours before the test.
- Avoid having a PSA test within 1 week after a digital rectal examination or within 6 weeks after a prostate biopsy.

You will receive an SMS notification after the reservation is successful.
Health Report:
- A detailed analysis report of your results, plans and advice for your health management will be given by the doctor.
- Most of the doctors at UFH speak Cantonese or English. If the doctor on duty does not, there are other healthcare professionals who can translate for you.
- ID card and order confirmation letter are required on the day of booking to confirm identity,
- The purchased checkup plan or vaccine is valid for 6 months. Customers should receive relevant services within 6 months (counting from the date of payment confirmation), after which the purchase will be void.
- There are no refunds once an order is confirmed.
- The checkup report will normally be issued within 10 working days after the medical examination.
- Formats of report:
- Electronic report: automatically upload to SZU Wechat official account or sent to your mail box
- Printed report: obtained from the hospital, or sent to your address by request
Health Check Terms and Conditions:
- Health management examinations mostly are completed in the morning of the day. However, some investigations and specialist consultations may require a separate appointment.
- No refund or credit will be given for any unused testing within the plan.
- No membership discount, Chambers of Commerce discount or further discount will be given.
- Direct billing services cannot be applied to packages.
Endoscopy Terms and Conditions:
- If complex operations such as additional examinations or treatments are found during the endoscopic examination, the doctor will usually deal with it directly for your health, and the resulting endoscopic operation and equipment use costs are not included in this package and must be settled separately.
- Gastrointestinal endoscopy uses monitoring anesthesia, and it is recommended that relatives or friends accompany it.
- No refund or credit will be given for any item.
- No membership discount, Chambers of Commerce discount or further discount will be given.
- Direct billing services cannot be applied to packages.
