Health Check Precautions

1. Please maintain a light diet, avoid strenuous exercise, and get enough sleep the day before the examination.
2. If you have any special physical conditions, please truthfully explain to the attending physician (such as pregnancy, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, etc.).
3. Please wear loose and light clothing, not tight clothing.
4. Clients undergoing the examination must be 18 years of age or older.
5. It is recommended that clients refrain from sexual activity for at least 24 hours and avoid cleaning the genital area on the morning of the examination.
6. If the examinee gives up certain inspection items due to their own reasons, please sign and confirm in the item column.
7. After the physical examination, please hand the physical examination guide to the front desk staff to confirm whether there are any missing items.

I. Notes for Health Check Appointment

• After receiving the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife, Shenzhen Zhongshan Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital will contact the customer to schedule the time and location for the health check within 1-2 working days during office hours. Customers can also make an appointment by contacting Shenzhen Zhongshan Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital at least 1 working day in advance (Contact Phone Number / WhatsApp: +852 5371 7972).
• Upon arrival, the staff of Shenzhen Zhongshan Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile number, and the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife.
• If the customer wants to reschedule the order, please contact contact Shenzhen Zhongshan Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital at least 1 working day in advance (Contact Phone Number / WhatsApp: +852 5371 7972).
• The validity period of the health check packages is 3 months. Customers must undergo the relevant checkup within 3 months from the date of confirmed payment. After expiration, it will be considered void.
• During the health check, if customers encounter a doctor who does not speak Cantonese, Shenzhen Zhongshan Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital can arrange for medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.
• If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the health check package pages, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.

II. Retrieval and Explanation of Report

• The health check report will be completed within 5-7 working days after the health check. Shenzhen Zhongshan Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital provides health check reports in Simplified Chinese:
  1. The paper version needs to be collected in person at the hospital (convenient for doctors to answer questions on site).
  2. Search for the "Shenzhen Zhongshan Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital" mini-program on WeChat, click to check the report, enter personal information, and then proceed to check (no on-site doctors to answer questions).
• After the report is completed, customers can schedule an appointment with a doctor to explain the report. The following channels are available:
