• Order and Appointment: After successfully placing an order, Pengcheng Dental's customer service will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to schedule your preferred time for teeth cleaning. They will also ask if you need transportation from the border checkpoints (Luohu, Liantang, Futian, Huanggang, Shenzhen Bay). Pengcheng Dental's appointment system offers flexible time options to meet your personal needs.

• Arrive on Time at the Dental Clinic: On the appointment day, please arrive at Pengcheng Dental Clinic on time. Upon arrival, provide your appointment details (customer name, phone number, appointment time) to the front desk staff to arrange your service.

• Examination and Teeth Cleaning: An assistant dentist at Pengcheng Dental will conduct an oral examination to assess your oral health. Based on your specific situation, the assistant dentist will then perform professional teeth cleaning.

Terms and Conditions for Dental Services Order

After receiving a confirmation email of successful payment from health.ESDlife, Shenzhen Pengcheng Dental will contact the customer via WhatsApp within 1-2 working days to schedule a dental service appointment.Customers can also refer to the following methods to contact customer service themselves.

Service Notes 

• Most medical staff at Pengcheng Dental in Shenzhen can speak Cantonese. If the attending medical staff cannot speak Cantonese, other staff will provide translation services.
• Customers must present their ID and order confirmation letter on the appointment day to confirm their identity.
• The purchased dental service is valid for 3 months. Customers must use the service within 3 months from the payment confirmation date, otherwise, it will be void.
