Service Process

Order and Appointment: After receiving a confirmation email of successful payment from health.ESDlife, Shenzhen Pengcheng Dental will contact the customer via WhatsApp within 1-2 working days to schedule a dental service appointment. Shenzhen Pengcheng Dental will also ask customer need transportation from the border checkpoints (Luohu, Liantang, Futian, Huanggang, Shenzhen Bay available).Customers can also refer to the folowing methods to contact customer service themselves. There are 3 ways to make an appointment (online 24 hours a day):

Arrive on Time at the Dental Clinic: On the day of the appointment, customers must arrive at Pengcheng Dental Clinic on time. Upon arrival, staff will verify the customer's name, phone number, and the successful purchase email from health.ESDlife to confirm the customer's identity.

Examination and Sevice: Pengcheng Dental will arrange personnel to conduct an oral examination to assess customer's oral health condition. Subsequently, Pengcheng Dental will arrange dental services based on customer's specific situation.Most of the medical staff at Shenzhen Pengcheng Dental can speak Cantonese. If the attending medical staff cannot speak Cantonese, other staff will provide translation services.
Notes
- The purchased dental service is valid for 3 months. Customer must use the service within 3 months from the payment confirmation date, otherwise, it will be void.
- Notes: The dental clinic will provide dental services based on the customers's actual condition. If after examination, it is found that the customers's order is not applicable or insufficient to address their oral condition, the customer may choose to terminate the service and request a refund (excluding teeth cleaning services). If the dentist recommends other dental care/treatment services that are not provided by health.ESDlife, the customer may decide whether to purchase the suggested service and assume the related responsibilities.
