• Arrive on Time at the Dental Clinic: On the appointment day, please arrive at Pengcheng Dental Clinic on time. Upon arrival, provide your appointment details (customer name, phone number, appointment time) to the front desk staff to arrange your service.

• Examination and Sevice: Pengcheng Dental will arrange personnel to conduct an oral examination to assess your oral health condition. Subsequently, Pengcheng Dental will arrange professional dental services based on your specific situation.

Terms and Conditions for Dental Services Order

After receiving a confirmation email of successful payment from health.ESDlife, Shenzhen Pengcheng Dental will contact the customer via WhatsApp within 1-2 working days to schedule a dental service appointment.Customers can also refer to the following methods to contact customer service themselves.

Service Notes 

• Most medical staff at Pengcheng Dental in Shenzhen can speak Cantonese. If the attending medical staff cannot speak Cantonese, other staff will provide translation services.
• Customers must present their ID and order confirmation letter on the appointment day to confirm their identity.
• The purchased dental service is valid for 3 months. Customers must use the service within 3 months from the payment confirmation date, otherwise, it will be void.
• Notes: The dental clinic will provide dental services based on the client's actual condition. If after examination, it is found that the client's order is not applicable or insufficient to address their oral condition, the client may choose to terminate the service and request a refund (excluding teeth cleaning services). If the dentist recommends other dental care/treatment services that are not provided by Health.ESDlife.com, the client may decide whether to purchase the suggested service and assume the related responsibilities.
