Shenzhen Hengsheng Hospital Health Check-up Precautions
I. Pre-Check-up Precautions:
  1. If you are preparing for a health check-up, it is recommended to avoid eating and strenuous exercise after 8 p.m. the night before the check-up, and to get adequate sleep.
  2. Women should avoid their menstrual period; do not wear patterned underwear, bras with metal clasps, or jewelry to avoid affecting radiological examinations.
  3. Three days before the check-up, pay attention to your diet. Avoid consuming too much greasy or hard-to-digest food, do not drink alcohol, and refrain from taking medications that may damage liver or kidney function, such as seafood, large amounts of meat, etc.
  4. Pay attention to maintaining stable blood pressure and avoid extreme emotional fluctuations.
  5. If you wear glasses, you may wear them during the examination.
  6. On the day of the check-up, do not apply makeup and avoid wearing dresses or tights.
  7. If you have had surgery before, please bring relevant medical records and related materials.
  8. On the morning of the check-up, you should fast. If you are undergoing prostate or gynecological ultrasound after blood collection, you need to have a full bladder (urinary retention). Men should drink 600-800 ml of water at once, and women should drink 800-1000 ml of water at once.
  9. For those requiring a gynecological examination, please empty your bladder before the examination and then proceed to the gynecological check-up.
  10. Pregnant women or women planning to become pregnant should not participate in X-ray or carbon-14 tests.
  11. Women during their menstrual period should not provide urine samples or undergo gynecological examinations. These tests should be conducted after the menstrual period ends.
II. During the Check-up:
  1. Please ask the medical staff about the procedure during the check-up. It is recommended to start with the ultrasound examination and then proceed to the urine test.
  2. Fill in the health check-up form truthfully. If you have any questions during the check-up, contact the check-up doctor in time and actively cooperate with all the examinations. Do not skip any check-up items due to shyness.
  3. Do not change the check-up items on your own during the check-up, and do not omit any of your examinations.
  4. If any diseases are detected during the check-up, please follow the doctor's advice and go to the relevant departments for further examinations to avoid misdiagnosis.
III. Post-Check-up Precautions:
  1. After completing the check-up, please hand in the check-up booklet to the front desk of the check-up center. We will notify you once the check-up report is completed.
  2. If the check-up results indicate any health issues, please seek medical attention in a timely manner according to the doctor's recommendations and arrange your daily routine and habits reasonably.
  3. If your check-up results show that you are in good health, please maintain your good lifestyle habits and have regular comprehensive check-ups.
  4. Please keep the check-up results for future reference and as clinically significant information for any medical consultations.
I. Appointment for Physical Examination
  • Customers may select the date and time for their health check when purchasing the health check package. If Customers do not select the date and time for their health check at the time of purchase, they may contact Shenzhen Hengsheng Hospital to make an appointment (Contact phone: +86 0755-27914135; WeChat: +86 13723460007).
  • Upon arrival, the staff of Shenzhen Hengsheng Hospital will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile number, and the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife.
  • If you need to reschedule an order, please contact Shenzhen Hengsheng Hospital at least one day in advance (Contact Number: +86 0755-27914135; WhatsApp: +86 13723460007).
  • The validity period of the health check packages is 3 months.Customers must undergo the relevant health check within 3 months from the date of confirmed payment. After expiration, it will be considered void.
  • During the health check, if you encounter a doctor who does not speak Cantonese, Shenzhen Hengsheng Hospital can arrange for medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.
  • If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the health check package pages, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.

 

II. Retrieval and Explanation of Report

  • The language of the health check report is Simplified Chinese.
  • The health check report will be completed within 5-7 working days after the health check and the customer will be notified via SMS. Customers can choose the following methods to view the health check report:
    • Provide an email address in advance, and Shenzhen Hengsheng Hospital will send the report to the customer's email address after completion;
    • Provide a mailing address in advance, and Shenzhen Hengsheng Hospital will mail the report after completion, with the postage to be paid by the recipient (can be sent to Hong Kong and Macau regions);
    • Collect the report at the health check center after completion (no printing fee needed).
  • After the health check report is complete, customers can schedule a doctor to explain the report through the following channels:
    • WeChat explanation: Customers need to schedule a specific time at least one day in advance (Contact Number: +86 0755-27914135; WeChat: +86 13723460007), the doctor will add the customer's WeChat and contact the customer through WeChat to interpret.
    • Telephone explanation: Customers need to schedule a specific time at least one day in advance (Contact Number: +86 0755-27914135; WeChat: +86 13723460007), the doctor will proactively contact the customer at the scheduled time.
    • Face-to-face explanation: Customers need to schedule a specific time at least one day in advance (Contact Number: +86 0755-27914135; WeChat: +86 13723460007), customer should go to the health check center at the appointed time to listen to the doctor's face-to-face explanation.
