The validity period of the health check packages is 3 months.Customers must undergo the relevant health check within 3 months from the date of confirmed payment. After expiration, it will be considered void.

During the health check, if you encounter a doctor who does not speak Cantonese, Shenzhen Hengsheng Hospital can arrange for medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.
- If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the health check package pages, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
II. Retrieval and Explanation of Report
- The language of the health check report is Simplified Chinese.
- The health check report will be completed within 5-7 working days after the health check and the customer will be notified via SMS. Customers can choose the following methods to view the health check report:

Provide an email address in advance, and Shenzhen Hengsheng Hospital will send the report to the customer's email address after completion;

Provide a mailing address in advance, and Shenzhen Hengsheng Hospital will mail the report after completion, with the postage to be paid by the recipient (can be sent to Hong Kong and Macau regions);

Collect the report at the health check center after completion (no printing fee needed).
