I. Appointment for Physical Examination

After receiving the email confirming successful payment from Health.ESDlife, Shenzhen Distinct Healthcare will contact the customer to schedule the time and location for the body check within 1-2 working days during office hours. Customers can also make an appointment by calling the Hong Kong Customer Manager Office of Shenzhen Distinct Healthcare at least one day in advance (Contact Number: +852 5168 9180).

Upon arrival, the staff of Shenzhen Distinct Healthcare will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile number, and the email confirming successful appointment from esdlife.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule an order, please contact +852 5168 9180 [Phone or WhatsApp] at least one day in advance.

The customer must make an appointment to visit the store within 3 months after purchasing on the platform, otherwise it will be void.

If the doctor does not speak Cantonese, Shenzhen Distinct Healthcare can arrange for medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.
II. Retrieval and Explanation of Physical Examination Report

The guest can confirm the report language on the day of the examination (either Simplified Chinese or English can be chosen).

The physical examination report will be sent within 14 days after the examination. Customers can choose the following ways to view the report:

After the report is issued, a reminder message will be sent to the mobile number reserved by the customer. Click the link to view it.

Log in to the [Shenzhen Distinct Healthcare] mini program to view the report.

Reserve an E-mail to view it in the mailbox.

After the physical examination report is issued, customers can make an appointment with a doctor to explain the report. The following channels can be chosen:

Phone explanation: Need to make an appointment for the specific time at least one day in advance (Appointment Contact Number: +852 5168 9180), and the doctor will contact the customer proactively according to the appointment time.

Face-to-face explanation: Need to make an appointment for the specific time at least one day in advance (Appointment Contact Number: +852 5168 9180). The examinee should go to the center at the appointed time to listen to the doctor's face-to-face explanation. If you choose to make an appointment for face-to-face explanation, the following locations are available:
