Customers can also make an appointment by calling the Hong Kong Customer Manager Office of Shenzhen Distinct Healthcare at least one day in advance (Contact Number: +852 5168 9180).

Upon arrival, the staff of Shenzhen Distinct Healthcare will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile number, and the email confirming successful appointment from esdlife.
