Report
-
Face to face report interpretation by doctor
Detecting potential health risks at an early stage, understanding one's overall health condition, and assessing risk factors can serve as a reference for reducing the incidence of diseases.
-
Please maintain a light diet the day before the examination, refrain from eating after 8 p.m., avoid strenuous exercise, and ensure adequate sleep. On the morning of the physical examination, fasting is required (no food, water, or medication). Patients with high blood pressure may take their medication before coming for the examination (only a small amount of water should be consumed, just enough to swallow the medication). Patients with diabetes, asthma, heart disease, etc., should bring their medications.
-
If you have any special medical conditions, please inform the attending physician truthfully (such as pregnancy, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, etc.).
-
Please wear loose and comfortable clothing. For X-ray examinations, it is recommended to wear cotton underwear and avoid clothing with metal sequins or buttons (which will need to be removed on site), as well as metal items such as necklaces, mobile phones, keys, and coins (which will need to be taken off on site). For ultrasound and ECG examinations, women should not wear dresses, and men should not wear ties or tight-sleeved shirts.
-
When collecting stool samples, if there is mucus or blood in the stool, please collect more of that part. When collecting urine samples, it is best to use the midstream urine from the first morning urine.
-
For prostate or gynecological ultrasound examinations, please keep the bladder moderately full (the bladder should be full enough to create the urge to urinate, but not to the point of discomfort).
-
During the physical examination, please ensure that all examination items are completed in sequence to avoid any omissions, which could affect the assessment of your health status.
-
If the examinee decides to forgo any examination items due to personal reasons, please sign in the corresponding column to confirm.
-
After completing the physical examination, please return the examination guide form to the front desk staff to confirm whether there are any missed examination items.
