• Upon arrival at the hospital, staff will verify the client's name, date of birth, phone number, and the order confirmation email from health.ESDlife.
• The health check-up package is valid for 6 months. Customers must undergo the relevant examinations within 6 months from the date of confirmed payment; otherwise, it will be void.
• During the health check-up, if the doctor does not speak Cantonese, Shenzhen Baoai Shuguang Hospital can arrange for a staff member to accompany the customer and provide translation services.

• The hospital provides Checkup reports in Simplified Chinese:
  • Paper copies must be collected at the hospital (to facilitate on-site explanations by the doctor).
