Health Check Precautions
- Maintain a light diet the day before the examination, fast after 8 PM, avoid strenuous exercise, and ensure adequate sleep. On the morning of the examination, come with an empty stomach (no food, water, or medication). Those with hypertension may take their medication with a small amount of water (just enough to swallow the medication). Clients with diabetes, asthma, heart disease, or other conditions should bring their medications.
- If you have any special medical conditions, please truthfully inform the examining physician (e.g., cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, etc.).
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing. For X-ray examinations, it is recommended to wear cotton underwear and avoid clothing with metal sequins or buttons (which must be removed on-site), as well as necklaces, mobile phones, keys, coins, or other metal items (which must also be removed). For ultrasound or ECG examinations, women should avoid wearing dresses, and men should avoid wearing ties or tight-sleeved shirts.
- When collecting a stool sample, if there is mucus or blood in the stool, collect more of that portion. For urine samples, the midstream of the first morning urine is preferred.
- For prostate ultrasound examinations, ensure a full bladder (feeling the urge to urinate but not overly uncomfortable).
- During the examination, please follow the checklist item by item to avoid missing any tests, as this may affect the health assessment.
- If you choose to skip certain examination items for personal reasons, please sign for confirmation in the respective item column.
- After completing the examination, please submit the examination checklist to the front desk staff to confirm that no items were missed.
I. Appointment Guidelines for Checkup

After receiving the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife, Shenzhen Bo'ai Shuguang Hospital will contact the customer within 1-2 working days during office hours to schedule the time and location for the checkup. Clients may also contact the Shenzhen Bo'ai Shuguang Hospital directly at least 1 day in advance by phone or WhatsApp to make an appointment (Phone: +86 4009301696 or +852 6159 7225; WhatsApp: +86 18938051433).

Upon arrival at the hospital, staff will verify the client's name, date of birth, phone number, and the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife.

The validity period of the health check packages is 3 months. Customers must undergo the relevant health check within 6 months from the date of confirmed payment. After expiration, it will be considered void.

During the health check, if customers encounter a doctor who does not speak Cantonese, Shenzhen Bo'ai Shuguang Hospital can arrange for medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.
- If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the health check package pages, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
II. Collection and Explanation of Checkup Reports
