Explanation of Report by Doctor

Health Check Precautions

Pre-Examination Preparation:

1. Do not eat after 11:00 PM the night before the examination. On the day of the examination, maintain at least 8 hours of fasting (you may drink up to 50 ml of plain water) to ensure accurate blood test results for diabetes.

2. On the day of the examination, do not wear jewelry such as necklaces or metal items, and wear loose, easily removable clothing.

3. Do not wear contact lenses on the day of the examination. Please bring framed glasses for intraocular pressure measurement.

4. Diabetic patients taking oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin injections should not take or inject them on the morning of the examination. Please bring your medication or insulin and take/inject it after completing fasting-related tests. For those taking other chronic medications, follow your doctor’s instructions and take them on the morning of the examination with 10-30 ml of plain water as needed. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via phone or WeChat.

Precautions for Female Examinees:

1. Pregnant women or those suspected of being pregnant are not recommended to schedule a physical examination.

2. Cervical smear tests, urine tests, and stool tests should be scheduled to avoid menstruation. If menstruation occurs on the day of the examination, please inform the nurse upon arrival to arrange for rescheduling.

3. Jiahui Health recommends that women aged 40 and above with a family history of breast cancer or high risk of breast cancer undergo regular annual mammography. For low-risk women, breast ultrasound may be an option.

4. On the day of a mammography examination, do not apply deodorant, perfume, or skincare products to the arm or chest area, as these may affect the test results.

5. If you are currently breastfeeding, this examination will not affect your condition, so please do not worry.

I. Appointment for Health Check

After receiving the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife, Jiahui Health will contact the customer to schedule the time and location for the health check within 1-2 working days during office hours. Customers can also make an appointment by contacting Jiahui Health at least 1 working day in advance (Contact phone Number: +86 0755-29395000; WeChat: JIAHUI_SZ).
Upon arrival, the staff of Jiahui Health will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile number, and the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife.
If customers want to reschedule the order, please contact contact Jiahui Health at least 1 working day in advance (Contact phone Number: +86 0755-29395000; WeChat: JIAHUI_SZ).
The validity period of the health check packages is 3 months. Customers must undergo the relevant checkup within 3 months from the date of confirmed payment. After expiration, it will be considered void.
During the health check, if customers encounter a doctor who does not speak Cantonese, Jiahui Health can arrange for medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.
If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the health check package pages, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.

II. Retrieval and Explanation of Report

Customers can confirm the language of the report on the day of the health check (choices include Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or English).
The health report will be sent within 10 working days after the health check. Customers can choose the following methods to view the report:
1. After the report is issued, the medical center will send a reminder message to the customer's reserved mobile phone number. Customer can click the link to view the report.
2. Email: Provide an email address, and Jiahui Health will send the report to the customer's email upon completion.
After the report is completed, customers can schedule an appointment with a doctor to explain the report. The following channels are available:
1. Telephone explanation: Need to make an appointment at least 1 working day in advance (Contact phone Number: +86 0755-29395000; WeChat: JIAHUI_SZ). The doctor will contact the customer proactively at the scheduled time.
2. Face-to-face explanation: Need to make an appointment at least 1 working day in advance (Contact phone Number: +86 0755-29395000; WeChat: JIAHUI_SZ). The customer should go to Jiahui Health at the appointed time to listen to the doctor's face-to-face explanation. Available location for face-to-face consultation:
  - 2/F, Rongchao Chamber of Commerce Center, No. 168 Fuhua 3rd Road, Futian District, Shenzhen City (High-Speed Rail Station - Liancheng Xintiandi Exit B6).
