Please make an appointment for the health check-up one day in advance. Avoid alcohol and have a light diet the day before the check-up. Do not eat after 22:00. On the day of the check-up, you need to fast. If you have a gynecological ultrasound (or prostate, ureter, and bladder ultrasound), you need to retain urine in the morning to fill the bladder.

Patients with high blood pressure, diabetes, or asthma can bring their medication and take it after blood drawing.

Please bring your ID and arrive at the IMT Healthcare Check-up Center between 7:30-10:30 on the day of the check-up.

Make an appointment for gastroscopy or colonoscopy two days in advance.

If you need to add or remove items, please contact the front desk. There are consulting experts available to provide free services for you.

After completing the check-up, please hand in the check-up guide form to the front desk staff to ensure that no items are missed.

You will receive the electronic health check-up report within 3-5 days. If you need a paper report, please inform the front desk during the check-up.
I. Appointment for Physical Examination

After receiving the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife, IMT Health Care will contact the customer to schedule the time and location for the body check within 1-2 working days during office hours. Customers can also make an appointment by contacting IMT Health Care via WeChat or phone call at least one day in advance (WeChat Number: +86 13853616595; Phone Number: +852 44430510).

Upon arrival, the staff of IMT Health Care will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile number, and the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife.

The validity period of the health check packages is 3 months.Customers must undergo the relevant checkup within 3 months from the date of confirmed payment. After expiration, it will be considered void.

During the health check, if customer encounters a doctor who does not speak Cantonese, IMT Health Care can arrange for medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.
- If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the health check package pages, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
II. Retrieval and Explanation of Report
Retrieval of Report
- Clients can confirm the method and language of the report collection (simplified Chinese or English) with the customer service center on the day of the medical check-up.
- The health check report will be completed within 5-7 working days after the check and the customer will be notified via SMS. Customers can choose the following methods to view the health check report:

After the medical check-up report is issued, IMT Health Care will send a reminder message to the mobile phone number reserved by the client. Click the link to view the electronic report.

Login to theWeChat Public Account [粵美特醫療] to view the report.

Reserve an E-mail to send it to the mailbox for viewing.
Explanation of Report
- After the health check report is finished, customers can schedule a doctor to explain the report through the following channels:
- Telephone explanation: Customers need to schedule a specific time via WeChat or phone call at least one day in advance (WeChat Number: +86 13853616595; Phone Number: +852 44430510), the doctor will proactively contact the customer at the scheduled time.

Face-to-face explanation: Customers need to schedule a specific time via WeChat or phone call at least one day in advance (WeChat Number: +86 13853616595; Phone Number: +852 44430510), customer should go to the health check center at the appointed time to listen to the doctor's face-to-face explanation.
