• For anxious animals, the doctor may recommend sedation. It is advised to fast the animal for 8 hours and restrict water intake for 2 hours before the appointment.
• Owners should collect fresh urine within 4 hours before the appointment using the provided urine container. If you have any questions, please inquire with our staff.

Validity
The health check package is valid for six months (from the date of purchase) or it will be forfeited.

• If a urine sample cannot be successfully obtained from the pet on the day of the examination, an immediate urine collection evaluated by a veterinarian can be performed at an additional cost.
• Otherwise, a urine sample can be submitted no later than the following day. The results will be explained over the phone by our staff
