Health Check Precautions

Before the Health Check:

Please have a light diet the day before the health check, avoid alcohol and strenuous activities. On the day of the examination, please fast and refrain from eating or drinking. Do not take medications that may affect liver or kidney function (except for antihypertensive and hypoglycemic drugs).
Pay attention to rest the day before the health check and do not eat after 8 p.m. Avoid intense exercise and emotional excitement to ensure adequate sleep, so as not to affect the results of the health check.
Women should not undergo gynecological or urine tests during their menstrual period.

During the Health Check:

Fasting is required for the following tests: blood drawing, abdominal ultrasound, digital gastrointestinal examination, gastroscopy, and other specified tests.
When having an ultrasound of the bladder, uterus, or adnexa, please do not urinate. If you do not have urine, drink water until your bladder is full. For a gynecological examination, you should empty your bladder first.
Unmarried women will not undergo gynecological examinations. Pregnant women or those planning to become pregnant should inform the medical staff before the examination and avoid X-ray tests, bone density tests, and cervical smear or liquid-based thin-layer cytology tests.
Those who are contraindicated for X-ray tests should not undergo such examinations. Before the X-ray test, please remove any jewelry, watches, or other metal objects. If you have metal implants in your body, please inform the physician before the test.
For transcranial Doppler tests, stop taking medications that affect cerebral blood vessels for more than three days. Wash your hair the day before an electroencephalogram (EEG) test.
For magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) tests, do not wear jewelry, watches, mobile phones, or other metal items.

After the Health Check

After completing all the examinations, please return the health check process guide form to the front desk of the health check center.
Keep the examination results well for comparison with future health check and as a reference for medical consultations.

I. Appointment for Health Check

After receiving the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife, Vista-SK International Medical Center will contact the customer to schedule the time and location for the body check within 1-2 working days during office hours. Customers can also make an appointment by contacting Vista-SK International Medical Center at least 3 days in advance (Phone Number: +86 0755-3689 9866; WeChat: +86 17376757181).
Upon arrival, the staff of Vista-SK International Medical Center will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile number, and the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife.
If customer wants to reschedule the order, please contact contact Vista-SK International Medical Center at least 1 days in advance (Phone Number: +86 0755-3689 9866; WeChat: +86 17376757181).
The validity period of the health check packages is 3 months.Customers must undergo the relevant checkup within 3 months from the date of confirmed payment. After expiration, it will be considered void.
During the health check, if customer encounters a doctor who does not speak Cantonese,Vista-SK International Medical Center can arrange for medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.
If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the health check package pages, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.

II. Retrieval and Explanation of Report

The health check report is provided in simplified Chinese.
The health check report will be completed within 5-7 working days after the health check. Customers can provide an email address, and Vista-SK International Medical Center will send the health check report to the provided email address once it is completed.
After the health check report is finished, customers can schedule a doctor to explain the report through the following channels:
1. Telephone explanation: Customers need to schedule a specific time via WeChat or phone call at least 1 day in advance (Phone Number: +86 0755-3689 9866; WeChat: +86 17376757181). The doctor will call the client at the scheduled time for explanation.
2. Face-to-face explanation: Customers need to schedule a specific time via WeChat or phone call at least 1 day in advance (Phone Number: +86 0755-3689 9866; WeChat: +86 17376757181). Customer should go to the health check center at the appointed time to listen to the doctor's face-to-face explanation.
