Health Check Precautions

Pre-Examination Preparation:

1. For three days before the examination, maintain a normal diet. Avoid greasy foods, animal organs, chicken or duck blood, other blood products, and high-protein foods that are hard to digest. Do not consume alcohol or take medications that may harm liver or kidney function.
2. On the day before the examination, avoid heavy physical labor, strenuous exercise, and emotional stress. Ensure adequate sleep to avoid affecting the examination results.
3. After 8:00 PM on the day before the examination, do not eat. After 10:00 PM, refrain from drinking water.

On the Day of the Examination:

1. On the morning of the examination, do not eat or drink water; maintain an empty stomach.
2. For individuals with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, or asthma who are taking medication, do not stop medication on the examination day. A small amount of water may be taken with the medication.
3. Bring a valid ID: [Mainland China: ID card; Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan: passport/home return permit].
4. Wear clothing that is easy to put on and take off. Do not bring valuable accessories. Individuals aged 70 or older or those with mobility issues should be accompanied by a family member.

• After receiving the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife, Shenzhen Bailing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital will contact the customer to schedule the time and location for the body check within 1-2 working days during office hours. Customers can also make an appointment by contacting Shenzhen Bailing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital at least 1 working day in advance (contact phone and WeChat: +86 19926659807).
• Upon arrival, the staff of Shenzhen Bailing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile number, and the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife.
• If customer wants to reschedule the order, please contact contact Shenzhen Bailing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital at least 1 working day in advance (Contact phone and WeChat: +86 19926659807).
• The validity period of the health check packages is 3 months.Customers must undergo the relevant checkup within 3 months from the date of confirmed payment. After expiration, it will be considered void.
• During the health check, if customer encounters a doctor who does not speak Cantonese,Shenzhen Bailing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital can arrange for medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.
• If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the health check package pages, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.

II. Retrieval and Explanation of Report

• The health check report is provided in simplified Chinese.
• The health check report will be completed within 5-7 working days after the health check and the customer will be notified via SMS. Customers can choose the following methods to view the health check report:
  1. Email: Provide an email address, and Shenzhen Bailing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital will send the report to the customer's email upon completion.
  2. Mail: Provide a mailing address, and Shenzhen Bailing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital will mail the report with postage collect (available for delivery to Hong Kong and Macau).
• After the health check report is finished, customers can schedule a doctor to explain the report through the following channels:
  
  1. WeChat explanation: Customers need to schedule a specific time via WeChat or phone call at least 1 working day in advance (appointment contact phone number and WeChat: +86 19926659807). The doctor will add the customer on WeChat with the working mobile phone and provide the explanation via WeChat.
  2. Telephone explanation: Customers need to schedule a specific time via WeChat or phone call at least 1 working day in advance (appointment contact phone number and WeChat: +86 19926659807). The doctor will call the client at the scheduled time for explanation.
  3. Face-to-face explanation: Customers need to schedule a specific time via WeChat or phone call at least 1 working day in advance (appointment contact phone number and WeChat: +86 19926659807). Customer should go to the Shenzhen Bailing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital at the appointed time to listen to the doctor's face-to-face explanation.

III. Disclaimer

In case of controversy, health.ESDlife and Shenzhen Bailing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital reserve the right of final decision.
