Based on extremely careful high-tech 3D images and Pillow-Fit's exclusive algorithm, the most suitable pillow height is measured according to the individual's different body needs.

Since the application of Pillow-Fit, thousands of guests have their own tailor-made pillows and numerous examples of significant improvements have been made. In order to improve the service quality, the Japan team have jointly developed the top technology 3D Scanning combined with traditional craftsmanship to make more intimate, more functional, higher quality pillows and services.

The Japanese sewing technology passed down from the Taisho period, and the 95-year-old traditional skills, have achieved the unique skill of Japanese staff.
Pillow-Fit Grand pillows are sewn one by one by Japanese staff. Every pillow, every stitch, every thread is the brainchild of the staff.

The Japanese staff will use Pillow-Fit 3D scan data and exclusive algorithms to apply more than 95 years of skilled technology to produce pillows that meet personal needs.

Pillow Fit will contact you for the date and time of 3D scanning after purchasing from health.ESDlife, and complete the consultation questionnaire online as instructed

Arrive in the showroom on time, listen to explanations and consultations, and take the 3D scanning process in 15-30 minutes

Based on 3D scanned images and data, through exclusive algorithms, Japanese staff begin to make the pillows for you

It will take about 2-4 weeks. Tailor-made pillows can be delivered to your address, or you can choose to pick them up in the showroom.

Personal Certificate

Each pillow has a beautiful certificate with the guest's name, printed on high-quality Japanese paper, which is the best proof of your own pillow.

And each Japanese high-level Japanese paper certificate will be printed with "Reiwa Two Years" to prove that this is the second year of Reiwa products. The supply period starts on January 2, 2020. (Calculated on the day of Pillow-Fit 3D scan)

If you have any pillow height problems within 1 year, you can make an appointment to take the pillow back to the showroom to adjust the pillow height for free to ensure that the pillow meets your needs
