We provides health risk assessment for those who intend to vaccinate( COVID-19 vaccination). And Also the report will be explained by the doctor. We hope consumers can choose a targeted and appropriate plan to measure the risk of injections and act cautiously.

• This plan is mainly aimed at assessing the health of heart before covid-19 vaccination.Patients with chronic diseases who suffer from high blood pressure, diabetes,they can ensure their condition is under control. And the various indexes are suitable for vaccinating the Covid-19 vaccine.
• If your family have a history of allergies, you should consider whether to vaccinate. It includes a comprehensive physical examination, blood test, blood Lipids, heart test,Treadmill Test (Exercise ECG) ,urine test and chest X-ray.

New Town Medical Group - Terms and Conditions on Health Check Services:

• New Town Medical Group will contact customers for health check booking within 2 working days after they have received payment confirmation email from health.ESDlife. Alternatively, customers may call the Centre for enquiries 2 working days after receiving the confirmation (New Town hotline: 8481 8331).
• Customers must present their identity cards and print the order confirmation letter upon registration.
• All health check packages is only valid for 6 months from the date of order confirmation.
• Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed, and is not transferable and refundable.
• General check up plan/ additional/optional items can only be performed by the same person.
• All test items are not used for diagnosis or treatment.
• Medical examination report would be ready in 14 to 21 working days.
• New Town Medical will inform customers and make an appointment for the report explanation.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of health.ESDlife and New Town Medical Group should be final.

Health Check Services Precautions:

• Please maintain a regular diet and avoid alcoholic drinks 3 days before the examination.
• Please do not eat or drink at least 8 hours prior to the check-up. Water, however, may be freely taken to avoid dehydration effects on blood sugar and cholesterol tests in the program.
• Suppose you are taking medicine for chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, asthma, etc. In that case, you can continue taking the doctor’s prescription and please bring along the medicine for the appointment.
• For females, avoid 7 days before or after the menstrual period. If you are menstruating, you should not have urine analysis because there will be blood contamination which affects the interpretation of the result.
• Please wear loose and casual clothing on the day of the examination. If you have an ECG examination on the day, please bring along sportswear and sports shoes.

New Town Medical Group - Terms and Conditions on Vaccination Services:

• After receiving confirmation email from health.ESDlife, the check up centre will call Customer to schedule the appointment within the next working day. (New Town hotline: 8481 8331).
• Most of vaccination package is only valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. After which, the confirmation letter will not be accepted.
• Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed, and is not transferable and refundable.
• Medical staff is included prior to the 1st dose of vaccine. Admin fee of HK$300 applies if patient is not suitable for the vaccine injection after assessment by medical staff.
• In case of disputes, the decision of health.ESDlife shall be final.
• All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment.
