Matilda Medical Centre Liver Screening Package

Fibro-scanning is anon-invasive investigation used to assess liver health. By measuring the stiffness of the liver, it can detect or measure the severity of liver fibrosis and cirrhosis. During a Fibroscan®, a specialized ultrasound probe is placed on the abdomen , sending shear waves into the liver tissue, which determine the stiffness of the liver.

2. All packed items are fixed. In case there are any test items in the above programme being declined or not conducted due to any reason, there will be no refund nor exchange for such items.
3. The programme is only available at the Matilda Medical Centre in Central.
4. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash, and no refunds will be given.

Matilda Medical Centre Terms and Conditions:

- Client must present his / her identity document and the print-out of order confirmation email on the appointment day.
- The purchase cannot be altered or refund after the confirmation of order.
- All health screening test or examination is for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment

- All packed items are fixed. In case there are any test items in the above programmes being declined or not conducted due to any reason, there will be no refund nor exchange for such items.

- The programme is only available at the Matilda Medical Centre in Central.

- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or direct billing from insurance companies, and cannot be exchanged for cash or refund.

- Additional costs will be incurred for additional examination, laboratory tests, medication, and the subsequent follow-up

- The offer is not applicable for emergency health screening

Validity
The health check package is valid for six months (from the date of purchase) or it will be forfeited.

Report

Premium Health Screening package, Standard Health Screening package and Premarital Health Screening package

Under normal circumstances, all medical reports will be ready around 14 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holiday). A delay in processing some requests due to the following reasons: 1. indicate the specific selective 2. Some items take more turnaround time for test.

A. Local Clients

(1) Face to face follow-up consultation within 3 months after assessment
(2) Virtual follow-up consultation: pick up report by client or authorized person. Report also can be sent via email or ordinary mail. Client should take the responsibility for the risk of mailing report.

B. Mainland or Overseas Clients 

(1) Face to face follow-up consultation within 3 months after assessment
(2) Virtual follow-up consultation: pick up report by client or authorized person. Report also can be sent via email or post by mail with additional charges. Client should take the responsibility for the risk of mailing report.
