To ensure that your dogs remain healthy, we recommend regular basic health check-ups. At least once a year, a comprehensive examination should be conducted, including basic cardiopulmonary checks, a full blood panel, rapid heart disease tests, and X-ray imaging diagnostics.
Additionally, the veterinarian will assess your pet's diet and exercise habits to provide appropriate recommendations. Through these check-ups, you can detect potential health issues early and ensure that your furry companions lead healthy and happy lives.
Terms and Conditions:
After the successful payment, client will receive a confirmation email from health.ESDlife and client will be contacted by HKSEV within 2 working day for the confirmation of booking date and location. Client can also query your transaction in the next working day. (General Enquiry Hotline: 2668 6618)
- Clients must present their ID card and order confirmation (printed or electronic version) on the day of the appointment to verify their identity.
- This product is not reusable and is limited to one pet per use.
- Appointments must be made at least one day in advance, with a validity period of one year from the date of purchase, and it is non-transferable.
- This product only covers consultation fees, designated physical examination items, and specified testing equipment costs; it does not include treatment costs for any conditions diagnosed.
- If any health issues are found during testing, treatment recommendations will be made by the doctors and staff, but it is optional for the owner to decide whether to proceed.
- Pets of any gender are acceptable.
- Applicable from Monday to Sunday.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and is not redeemable for cash.
- If the owner decides not to proceed with certain items mentioned above, those charges will not be deducted and cannot be carried over for future use, items cannot be split.
- This product is only applicable at HKSEV Animal Hospital.
- In case of any disputes, HKSEV reserves the final decision rights.
