• Make a reservation for a specific time slot
After successfully placing the order, Goodfeel Dental Clinic‘s customer service will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to make an appointment for a designated time period when you want to have your dental services. Goodfeel Dental Clinic‘s booking system will provide you with flexible time options to suit your individual needs.

• Arrive at the dental clinic on time
On the day of your appointment, please arrive at Goodfeel Dental Clinic on time. Upon arrival, please provide your reservation information (customer name, phone number, reservation time) to the front desk staff so that Goodfeel Dental Clinic can proceed the service for you.

• Dental services
A dental examination by one of Goodfeel Dental Clinic‘s qualified registered dentists or assistants to assess your oral health. Afterwards, a professional dental service will be performed based on your specific situation.

Notes: The dental clinic will provide dental services based on the client's actual condition. If after examination, it is found that the client's order is not applicable or insufficient to address their oral condition, the client may choose to terminate the service and request a refund (excluding teeth cleaning services). If the dentist recommends other dental care/treatment services that are not provided by Health.ESDlife.com, the client may decide whether to purchase the suggested service and assume the related responsibilities.
