Recommended for 18 ages. Include Include 18 types HPV nucleic acid detection, STI Pathologies (14 types) nucleic acid detection and blood HIV antigen and antibody test.

The package includes:

1. 18 types HPV nucleic acid detection using swab sample
2. 14 types sex transmittion diease pathology nucleic acid detection using urine sample
3. Test Syphilis antibiody and HIV p24 antigen and type 1 and 2 antibody using blood sample.

For customers aged 18 or above

Validity
Health Checkup Package with 6 months validity. Registration must be completed within 6 months, counting from the date of purchase. Reservations are taken one month in advance. Invalid if expires.

Report
Under normal circumstances, all medical reports will be provided within 5 to 12 working days (exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). A delay in processing the reports due to the following reasons: 1. Specific testing period requested by client, 2. Some items take more times to test

Remarks:

1. Customers can get one free call or face to face explanation. Otherwise, customers would be charged an additional fee of $200
2. All medical records will be destroyed after 3 months. Please note an administration fee may be charged $150 for additional copies.
3. Mailing of reports is at the client's own risk.
4. All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment. If patients require a referral letter of doctor, will be charged $230 for this service.
