CKJ Dental - Teeth Orthodontic Treatment Examination

• Ordering and Scheduling. After receiving the successful payment confirmation email from health.ESDlife, CKJ Dental will contact the customer via WhatsApp within 2 working days to make an appointment for the time and location of dental services. Customers can also make an appointment for dental service time and location with CKJ Dental via WhatsApp (WhatsApp: +852 46092141).
• Arriving at Dental Clinic/Hospital on Time. On the day of the appointment, customers must arrive at the appointment location on time. Upon arrival, staff of CKJ Dental will verify the customer's name, phone number, and the successful purchase email from health.ESDlife to confirm the customer's identity.
• Examination and Service. CKJ Dental will arrange for a dental examination to assess the customer's oral health condition. Subsequently, the hospital will provide dental services based on the customer's specific situation. Most of the medical staff at CKJ Dental can speak Cantonese. If the attending medical staff cannot speak Cantonese, other staff will provide translation services.

• The dental service purchased is valid for 3 months. Customers must receive the service within 3 months from the date of payment confirmation, or it will be void.
• Notes: The dental clinic will provide dental services based on the customer's actual condition. If after examination, it is found that the customer's order is not applicable or insufficient to address their oral condition, the customer may choose to terminate the service and request a refund (excluding teeth cleaning services). If the dentist recommends other dental care/treatment services that are not provided by health.ESDlife, the customer may decide whether to purchase the suggested service and assume the related responsibilities.
• Dental services listed on the Health.ESDlife website are not eligible for the "The 100% Service Quality Guarantee" plan of Health.ESDlife.
