Pets health check packages terms and conditions:
- After the customer completed payment from health.ESDlife, AMAH will contact the patient to schedule the appointment within 1-2 working days after successful payment.
- Customers can also call for an appointment to center 1 business days after (Call: 3899 8999 / Whatsapp: 9165 0769)
- The e-report will be sent by email in 14 business days after the service (Report will be delay when rainstorm warning or tropical cyclone signal issued by the Hong Kong Observatory)
- The above items are only applicable to 1 pet and can only be used. They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be converted into other products and services.
- The customer must show a valid supporting document for registration before enjoying the service.
- The customer should be understood and agreed to the service arranged by AMAH before using the service.
- Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed, and is not transferable and refundable.
- All service(s) are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment.
- All service(s) will be provided from AMAH
- In case of any dispute, health.ESDlife and AMAH reserves the right of final decision.
