Our health screening plans include pre- and post-screening consultations with our Family Medicine Specialist, with imaging services provided in a calm, private setting, ensuring continuity of care and health insights tailored to your lifestyle and risk profile.

• Upon receiving the payment confirmation email from ESDlife/Welloft, Tamarind Specialists Centre will contact the customer within 1-2 working days during office hours to confirm the health screening appointment time. Customers may also enquire via WhatsApp or book an appointment via WhatsApp one working day after order confirmation (Tel: 6235 0198).
• Health screening is only applicable to persons aged 18 or above, and is only applicable to Tamarind Specialists (Central). The imaging services are provided by Hong Kong Women's Imaging / Hong Kong Medical Imaging in the same building.
• Customers must present their identity cards and order confirmation letter or email on the appointment day.
• The health screening plans are not applicable on Sunday and Public Holidays.
• The health screening plans are valid for six months. Customers must undergo the relevant examinations within this period (commencing from the date of confirmed payment). Appointments for the examinations must be made at least three working days in advance. Failure to do so will result in the programme becoming void.
• Neither amendment nor cancellation is allowed once the payment has been confirmed. Also, it is not transferable nor refundable.
• Under normal circumstances, the medical report of the medical examination will be completed about 14 working days after the examination.
• All health screening/services are not for the purpose of medical diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.   When there is any sign of symptom/disease in your health, please consult your family doctor immediately for diagnosis and treatment. All preventive and therapeutic approaches carry varying degrees of efficacy, side effects, and risks. Should you have any concerns, please consult your attending healthcare professional.
• Should you require a doctor's referral letter or assistance in completing relevant administrative documents/claims forms for your employer or insurance company after the screening, please contact us.
• In case of disputes, the decision of Tamarind Specialists shall be final.
