This area emphasizes privacy and personalized experience, ensuring customers can complete physical examinations with peace of mind in a warm and clean environment. Relying on the hospital's strong comprehensive medical platform, it connects the complete closed loop of health screening, clinical diagnosis and treatment, chronic disease management, and rehabilitation intervention, achieving seamless connection from prevention to treatment. For difficult cases, MDT (Multidisciplinary Team) consultations can be quickly initiated to efficiently integrate professional opinions and improve the efficiency and quality of diagnosis and treatment decisions.

I. Notice for Medical Examination Appointment
- After receiving the successful order email sent by health.ESDlife, the Health Management Center of China Merchants Lippo Prince Bay Hospital will call the customer within 1-2 working days (during office hours) to make an appointment for the time and location of the physical examination. Customers can also contact the medical center to make an appointment at least 1 working day in advance (contact number: +86 400 800 6166).
- Upon arrival at the site, staff from the Health Management Center of China Merchants Lippo Prince Bay Hospital will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and the successful order email from health.ESDlife.
- If you need to reschedule your order, please contact the Health Management Center of China Merchants Lippo Prince Bay Hospital at least 1 working day in advance (contact number: +86 400 800 6166).
- The physical examination package is valid for 3 months. Customers must undergo the relevant examination within 3 months (from the date of confirmed payment), otherwise it will be invalid.
- During the physical examination, if the doctor cannot speak Cantonese, the China Merchants Lippo Health Management Center can arrange medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.
- In case of any conflict or inconsistency between the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions on the merchant page and the physical examination package page, the Simplified Chinese version shall prevail.
II. Collection and Explanation of Medical Examination Reports
- Customers can confirm the Chinese language of the report on the examination day (the default is Simplified Chinese).
- The medical examination report will be completed within 10 working days after the examination. Customers can choose the following ways to view the report:
1. After the report is completed, the health consultant from the Health Management Center of China Merchants Lippo Prince Bay Hospital will send a reminder message to notify the customer to check the report.
2. Leave an E-mail address, and the health consultant from the Health Management Center of China Merchants Lippo Prince Bay Hospital will send the report to the customer's E-mail address upon completion.
3. Leave a mailing address, and the health consultant from the Health Management Center of China Merchants Libao Prince Bay Hospital will mail the report upon completion, with the postage to be paid by the recipient (delivery to Hong Kong and Macao is available).
- After the report is completed, customers can make an appointment for a doctor to explain the report through the following channels:
