Shenzhen Bao'an District People's Hospital, established in 1984, is a top-tier tertiary general hospital. It has been honored with titles such as the Eighth People's Hospital of Shenzhen, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenzhen University, the Shenzhen Bao'an Clinical Medical College of Guangdong Medical University, the Shenzhen Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base, and one of the "Top 100 Hospitals" in China. Amidst the trend of medical integration in the Greater Bay Area (GBA), the hospital has jointly established the Hong Kong-Macau Resident Healthcare Services Center with The GBA Healthcare Group, which was officially launched on March 12, 2024.

The GBA Healthcare Group focuses on introducing Hong Kong family medicine standards, training more than 3500 GOLD™ Doctors and Nurses in multiple cities in the Greater Bay Area. The GBA Healthcare Group has collaborated with various local governments to establish seven Hong Kong and Macau resident service centers located in Grade 3/3A hospitals and over 200 The Hong Kong-style GOLD™ Family Doctor Clinics wihtin community health centers across, providing Hong Kong-style medical services for residents of Hong Kong and Macau within the mainland public healthcare system.

The Hong Kong-Macau Resident Healthcare Services Center at Shenzhen Bao'an District People's Hospital is jointly established by The GBA Healthcare Group and Shenzhen Bao'an District People's Hospital. With reference to Hong Kong'sprimary care first, specialist care second' model and international medical standards, we provide diverse medical services to residents of the Greater Bay Area. These services include Hong Kong-style comprehensive care, in-house specialist referrals, and cross-border two-way referrals.

I. Appointment for Physical Examination

• After purchasing the package through the platform, the GBA Healthcare Group customer service will contact the customer within the next 2 working hours to schedule an appointment for the physical examination. Customers can also call to enquire or make an appointment with the center one business day after order confirmation. • Validity period: The package is valid for one year. Client must undergo the relevant examinations within one year (from the date of confirmation of purchase) and must make an appointment for the examination five working days in advance; any packages after expiration date will be voided.
• Upon arrival, the staff of the hospital will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile number, and the email confirming successful purchase from esdlife.

II. Collection and Interpretation of Report
After health check, it generally takes about 7-14 working days to issue the medical report. The report interpretation can be scheduled based on the doctor's visiting hours, both online and offline interpratation are supported.

1. 1. In-person collection: Reports can be collected in person at the Hong Kong and Macau resident service centers or Hong Kong Premier clinic. Collection appointment: by phone - +852 6746 3801 (Hong Kong), +853 6655 6229 (Macau), or 400-680-8065 (Mainland China), or by scheduling through customer service on WhatsApp (+852 6746 3801).
   2. SF Express Report Delivery: Reports will be sent by mail to the provided address (postage included).
   3. Electronic Report: Reports can be sent via email/ WhatsApp (+852 6746 3801).

• Interpretation of Report

1. 1. Mainland Offline Report Interpretation: Visit the Hong Kong and Macao Residents Service Center where the scheduled doctor is located for interpretation.
   2. Online Report Interpretation: Schedule a "video consultation" appointment through the "Ruida Internet Hospital" mini-program.
   3. Hong Kong Offline Clinic Interpretation, Clinic Address: Room 1503-04, Ocean Centre, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.

1. 1. Clients shall bear any risk that arise form report mailing.
   2. Clients are responsible for the risk of report mailing.
   3. All physical examinations are not for medical diagnosis or treatment purposes. If a referral letter from a Hong Kong doctor is required, an additional fee of $600 will be charged.

Items in the physical examination package are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Additional paid services are available (with a 30% service charge). The final interpretation of this activity belongs to the GBA Healthcare Group.
