We at - Life Is For Excellence specialise in importing and distributing quality organic, natural and nutritious foods. Currently, we are based in Hong Kong and have been fortunate enough to share our love of natural and clean foods with thousands of customers accross Asia.

Why? Nowadays, we understand that it's extremely difficult to find healthy snacks and products in average store. Many are stuffed full of hidden fats, additives and sugars which have been proven to lead to severe chronic/non-communicable diseases in the long-term. Even when you eventually are able to scour the shelves for some, they normally cost a lot more than normal snacks and might not even taste that great.

In view of this, us at LIFE hope to spread awareness about the importance of healthy eating in order to reflect how our daily life choices can impact our well-being, either for the good or bad. General Terms:

1. Items sold are non-refundable.
2. The products are supplied by Life Is For Excellence Ltd.
3. The publicity pictures and values are for reference only, and the actual product shall prevail.
4. If in case of any dispute, Life Is For Excellence Ltd. and health.ESDlife reserve the right of final decision.

Delivery Terms:

1. Free local delivery service will be provided upon transaction amount of any products of HK$680 on Life Is For Excellence (Forbidden area, Tung Chung and Islands prices are negotiable)
   . For spending less than HKD$680, HKD$80 delivery fee will be charged."
2. We will arrange the shipment within 3 working days after the order is confirmed. 
3. Please note that the delivery time will be affected by statutory holidays.If due to force majeure reasons (including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes or any uncontrollable circumstances), you cannot accurately provide the goods or services you need, delivery service time will be delayed.
4. All order confirmations are subject to stock availability. In the event of the unavailability of the requested products, health.ESDlife has the right to reject the order and notify customers by phone or email before delivery for rearrangements.
5. Life Is For Excellence Ltd. will try its best to ensure that the goods are delivered to the address before the delivery date according to the address provided by you. If the goods are not delivered successfully after 30 days after the delivery date due to your reasons, Life Is For Excellence Ltd. reserved rights include the right to refuse any refund request.

Exchange Policy:

1. Customers are responsible to check the condition of goods received at the time of delivery. Once confirmed, no replacement is accepted.
2. Products shall be kept in the original package with good conditions for return or exchange. Products that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
3. If any other defective or missing item is found, customers are required to keep the original receipt and contact LIFE Customer Service Department via the below channels within 3 days from the date of delivery.
