HealthPlus was established in 1992. It was originally named "Dili Pharmacy" and its branches were opened along the subway. It was the first health product chain store to bring the concept of health to the collective transportation system and integrate "health" into life ; Later, it was officially renamed HealthPlus in 1996, and its branches were opened in large shopping malls with larger store areas, more diversified products and more comprehensive services. The logo of HealthPlus uses a green apple, which means to highlight the service concept of health and vitality. The use of a cut green apple as a trademark means to share health information with others.

 

The key to the success of HealthPlus is to gain the support of a group of loyal customers. Since the membership system was launched in 1993, the number of members has reached 6 figures. HealthPlus understands that health products are not ordinary retail products, and the sales model is different from convenience stores or supermarkets. Therefore, it emphasizes that store staff must explain more to customers. It also has a dedicated telephone hotline and club where dedicated personnel can answer inquiries and provide information. Health information and medical referral services are provided to help members resolve their health questions as quickly as possible.

 

HealthPlus sells a wide range of products, including Chinese and Western health products, Chinese medicine soup bags and tea cakes and prenatal and postnatal supplement products. HealthPlus is the first chain store to launch its own brand of health products. The first in-house brand is "Buyifang", a traditional Chinese medicine healthcare series with a history of more than 25 years, and the "BYF 28 Chinese Herbs Soup" which has won the "STC Certified" Mark is even more popular. It is deeply loved by mothers and has high reputation.

 

HealthPlus has won many awards. In addition to being awarded the "Quality Tourism Service" program certification by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, it has also been recognized as a "genuine and authentic" merchant by the Hong Kong Retail Management Association. The frontline staff of HealthPlus even made it to the finals of the "Outstanding Service Award" of the Hong Kong Retail Management Association, which fully reflects its excellent service quality.

Terms & Conditions

General Terms:

  • Items sold are non-refundable.
  • The quality assurance for products should have at least 12 months validity from the date of receipt by the customer.
  • The products are supplied by Retailcorp Limited.
  • If in case of any dispute, Retailcorp Limited and Health.ESDlife reserve the right of final decision.

 

Delivery Terms:

  • Free local delivery service will be provided upon transaction amount of HK$300. For spending less than HKD$300, HKD$60 delivery fee will be charged.
  • We will arrange the shipment within 3-5 working days after the order is confirmed. 
  • Please note that the delivery time will be affected by statutory holidays, natural disasters, traffic or the weather.
  • All order confirmations are subject to stock availability. In the event of the unavailability of the requested products, health.ESDlife has the right to reject the order and notify customers by phone or email before delivery for rearrangements.

 

Exchange Policy:

  • Customers are responsible to check the condition of goods received at the time of delivery. Once confirmed, no replacement is accepted.
  • Products shall be kept in the original package with good conditions for return or exchange. Products that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • If any other defective or missing item is found, customers are required to keep the original receipt and contact Retailcorp Limited Customer Service Department via the below channels within 3 days from the date of delivery.
