Terms & Conditions

1. Health Checkup Appointment Guidelines

  • Customers can select their preferred date and time for the medical check-up when purchasing the package. If no date and time are selected during the purchase, Futian Second People's Hospital will contact the customer within two working days after successful payment to arrange an appointment.
  • Customers may also contact the medical center at least one working day in advance to make an appointment.

  • Upon arrival, the medical center staff will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile number, and the order confirmation email from health.ESDlife.
  • If rescheduling is needed, please contact the medical center at least one working day in advance using the numbers above.
  • The health checkup package is valid for 3 months from the date of payment confirmation. Customers must complete the checkup within this period; otherwise, the package will be void.
  • If the attending doctor does not speak Cantonese, the medical center can arrange for medical staff to assist with translation services.
  • In case of discrepancies between the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the health checkup package page, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.

 

2. Health Checkup Report Collection and Explanation

  • Customers can choose the report language on the day of the checkup (Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or English).
  • The health checkup report will be completed within 10 working days after the checkup. Customers may access the report through the following methods:
  1. A notification message will be sent once the report is ready.
  2. If an email address is provided, the report will be sent via email.
  3. If a mailing address is provided, the report will be mailed (postage paid by recipient; delivery available to Hong Kong and Macau).
  • Once the report is ready, customers may schedule a consultation with a doctor to explain the results. The following options are available:
    • Phone Consultation:
      Must be scheduled at least one working day in advance.
      The doctor will contact the customer at the scheduled time.
