Cat Lover House is a pure cat boarding hotel located in Yuen Long. The rooms are made of logs and have plenty of space. Each independent room is equipped with 24-hour intelligent monitoring, allowing owners to see their cats anytime and anywhere. The hotel is equipped with a complete constant temperature ventilation and air purification system to make your cat's stay comfortable. In addition, it also provides cat residents with various five-star accommodation services, including free daily necessities and food, and flexible feeding arrangements. Exclusive designated food, daily care and grooming, daily disinfection and cleaning of the cat room.

Check-in / Check-out Arrangements
📅 Flexible Hours: From 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Cat-Lover House will confirm the time with the owner one day in advance. Please make sure to arrive on time!
⏱ Processing Time: Please allow approximately 30 minutes for handling your cat's check-in process.
💰 Other Time Slots: Check-in/out is not accepted before 10:00 AM or after 9:00 PM. Additional charges apply for other non-standard time slots.
⏳ Peak Period Notice: During peak seasons with high occupancy, there might be delays in the check-in process. Thank you for your understanding.

Hotel Rules

1. Cats must be in good health upon check-in.
2. Owners must present a valid vaccination card during check-in. Kittens need 3 doses of FVRCP vaccine; adult cats require an FVRCP booster. The vaccination must remain valid throughout the stay.
3. Within 1 month prior to check-in, owners must apply anti-flea drops to their cats and provide photo/video proof. If unavailable, an additional fee for on-site anti-flea treatment will apply during check-in.
4. Staff will perform a basic health check during check-in, including checking the ears, skin, and body for wounds or skin diseases.
5. The hotel reserves the absolute discretion to accept or reject boarding. Customers must not withhold information about their cat's chronic illnesses or medical conditions. The hotel cannot provide boarding services for cats that have recently undergone surgery, have infectious diseases, neurological disorders, heart conditions, or other chronic illnesses. If a cat has any such long-term medical condition, it is recommended to find alternative accommodation with adequate medical facilities (e.g., a veterinary clinic).
6. To ensure the safety of other cats, cats with conditions such as ringworm, infectious skin diseases, fleas, chronic illnesses, or health issues will not be admitted. Deposits will not be refunded in such cases.
7. Basic grooming includes wiping tears, cleaning the nose, and brushing fur (subject to the cat's tolerance).
8. Services like administering medication, applying eye drops, or trimming nails must be requested before check-in. If the cat is highly resistant to handling, such services may not be provided to avoid stress.
9. If a cat experiences health issues during the stay, the hotel will notify the owner or emergency contact as soon as possible. If contact cannot be established, the hotel will not assume legal or financial liability. If agreed by the owner, the hotel may assist in taking the cat to a veterinarian. A service fee of HKD 500 will apply, excluding transportation, medical, and medication fees. The hotel is not liable for deterioration or death during transportation.
10. In case of the cat's death during the stay, the hotel will attempt to contact the owner or emergency contact. If unsuccessful, the hotel will proceed with aftercare services, and the owner will bear all related costs.
11. Upon check-out, the owner or authorized person must sign a receipt confirming the cat is leaving the hotel in good health.
12. A deposit of at least 50% of the total fee is required to reserve a room. The remaining balance must be paid before check-in. Failure to pay in full may result in reservation cancellation without prior notice, and the deposit will not be refunded.
13. Requests to extend the stay must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Arrangements are subject to availability.
14. Early check-out or no-show will result in forfeiture of all paid nights, and the full booking fee will still apply.
15. Cancellation or modification of bookings will incur the following charges:
Cancellations made 10 days or more before check-in: 20% of the total fee as an administrative charge.
Cancellations made within 10 days of check-in: No refund.
16. The hotel reserves the right to accept or decline bookings at its discretion.
17. Completing a booking indicates acceptance of these terms. The hotel reserves the right to amend, replace, or delete any terms without prior notice.
