The clinic need to have better English speaking staff at reception. I was trying to organise a time to pick up the report but the staff made it very confusing for the available dates and times. Also the staff forgot to give me the attendance record which I asked for at the beginning but she said she will give me before I leave after I finish my check up. However she forgot to give it to me which caused inconvenience and I had to take time to go another day. It felt very disorganised.
